Eric Karaman
MANAGING PARTNER
Eric Karaman knows manufacturing. As managing partner and co-founder of DREK Holdings, he uses his industry expertise to provide confident, hands-on leadership. Along with knowing the metrics of running a healthy company, Eric has a unique understanding of how keeping a business’s core culture contributes to its stability — and growth.
His successes began at USX - US Steel Division, where his work in business planning and sales led him next to Patrick Industries. After rising to the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Metals Division, he was recruited by Strength Capitol Partners. While leading sales and marketing for its acquisitions efforts, he expanded his skill set to include mergers, acquisitions, and capitol investing.
After decades spent building up businesses, Eric decided to create his own. In 2014, he co-founded DREK Holdings, a private equity group focused on small and mid-size manufacturing companies.
Eric also holds positions as COO of Mno-DREK Group, President and COO of Michiana Global Mold, COO of Enmark Tool and Gage, and COO of Walerko Tool and Engineering. He earned his BSM from Purdue University, and MBA from Indiana University.
