We are manufacturing industry vets with a long history of success.
Dave Razzano is managing partner and co-founder of DREK Holdings, where he takes an experienced and energetic approach to capitalizing on opportunities. His capable leadership is the result of decades of manufacturing industry success, coupled with his commitment to always making a fair deal.
Dave honed his business and manufacturing acumen at Fulton Industries, which grew from a $5 million to a $100 million tier-one manufacturer during his tenure. His unique blend of critical thinking and financial discipline have propelled his career.
This effective approach and his entrepreneurial spirit led Dave to co-found DREK Holdings. The private equity group has a steadily expanding portfolio of small and mid-size manufacturing companies.
Dave currently drives the company as CEO of Mno-DREK Group, Michiana Global Mold, Enmark Tool and Gage, and Walerko Tool and Engineering. He earned a BS in Medical Technology from Michigan State University, and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Eric Karaman knows manufacturing. As managing partner and co-founder of DREK Holdings, he uses his industry expertise to provide confident, hands-on leadership. Along with knowing the metrics of running a healthy company, Eric has a unique understanding of how keeping a business’s core culture contributes to its stability — and growth.
His successes began at USX - US Steel Division, where his work in business planning and sales led him next to Patrick Industries. After rising to the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Metals Division, he was recruited by Strength Capitol Partners. While leading sales and marketing for its acquisitions efforts, he expanded his skill set to include mergers, acquisitions, and capitol investing.
After decades spent building up businesses, Eric decided to create his own. In 2014, he co-founded DREK Holdings, a private equity group focused on small and mid-size manufacturing companies.
Eric also holds positions as COO of Mno-DREK Group, President and COO of Michiana Global Mold, COO of Enmark Tool and Gage, and COO of Walerko Tool and Engineering. He earned his BSM from Purdue University, and MBA from Indiana University.
